Waitlist
When you join the waitlist we process your first name and email address to run the double opt-in and to send you the service emails you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Marketing email is sent only with your separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Reservation and payment
Reservations are processed with our payment provider Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands). We never see or store full payment credentials. Records required by commercial and tax law (§147 AO, UStG) are retained for the statutory periods even after an erasure request; they are reduced to what those laws require.
Analytics
Analytics (PostHog, EU cloud) runs only after your consent through the cookie banner and stores no personal data: events carry a pseudonymous identifier only. Without consent the analytics tool is not loaded at all.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel; data is stored with Supabase in the EU. Transactional email is delivered via Resend.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to hello@fragrancemonday.com; erasure requests follow a documented internal procedure.
